This is why Firefly Solar is pledging to make generous long-term contributions through Community Benefit Agreements, exemplifying the belief in the synergy between energy innovation and community empowerment. These Community Benefits Agreements are subject to the approval of the project.
COMMUNITY BENEFIT AGREEMENT WITH MOHAWK SCHOOL DISTRICT
The Firefly Solar team is excited to announce our first-ever Community Benefits Agreement with Mohawk School District. This agreement embodies our commitment to education and community growth, pledging a total of $10 million in financial support over a 40-year period. There is nothing required of the Mohawk School District to rec $250,000. Funding from Vesper Energy’s Community Benefits Agreement can be used to fuel necessary improvements to school infrastructure, technology, and equipment.

As we move forward, we plan on finalizing Community Benefit Agreements with more organizations in Lawrence County. We will continue to expand our community reach, ensuring that all of Lawrence County sees the tangible benefits from this innovative project.
